Afef I’m not sure I’ll make it to my goal since I’m lifting now. Thinking about setting a new goal but I’m not sure what that should be yet. 🤔

@LenaBerdecia - As to my 'weight goal' I am totally lost at this point. My current 163lbs goal is just my "Official BMI Weight" not some 'scientifically determined number'. My last picture (the BEST way for me to objectively see what is going on with my body) allows me to SEE the additional 10 pounds I should lose, but if I go strait for the weight loss (155lbs), without building more muscle, it-would-not-be-attractive. So I am not going to set my goal to that for now.

Yea I’m not sure I want to set a weight goal right now. Looks like we are on similar paths.
