I was expecting it to go up due to major cheating over last week. I'm not in deep ketosis for sure. However I am calorie deficient so perhaps that's why. I'm gradually adding carbs in order to transition into a more normal diet as I won't be able to maintain keto over the next month when I'll be trekking in Nepal. I'll go back to the diet probably with different macros once I'm back.

Pl suggest veggies which can b taken in keto....other than cucumber, tomato... Like cabbage, okra etc...which can b cooked...

Hi, i'm following KETO diet & reduced near 20kg by One year long plan.. still like to continue the diet breakfast = 2 boiled egg + butter cofee / nuts + butter coffee lunch = 150g beef / fish / mutton with raw vegetables like cucumber, cabbage , broccoli etec evening snack = lime tea / green tea with walnut/ pista/ badam dinner = veg slad / fruit salad

The rule about veggies is simple. No veggies that grow underground. Green and leafy is best. Cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli is good. The idea is to be aware of the carb content of what you eat. Keep an eye out for things like garlic, ginger, onion etc which you might tend to ignore. @emmanzur i love the keto diet because I'm mostly non vegetarian! Incidentally my version of keto coffee has lots of cream instead of butter or coconut oil

@xsivlychilly okey...got it low carb veggies r good in keto...till now dint think of carb content of onion, garlic, ginger....wanted to add veggies for taste...i shall try to keep track of macros....thank you so much

@emmanzur ur results r awesome....thank u for sharing ur diet schedule...actually im allowed only eggs....i mean im basically veg....so trying on paneer, eggs, cheese, butter, nuts, flax seeds etc...
