concert was fun .. L'Shana Tova Gaining , absurd. ok here's my thought. I went out Saturday night and went up and down amphitheater stairs like I was 20 again. I probably ran half a mile. yesterday my body and knee ached badly. last night my feet burned and legs knees so soar it was hard to sleep. I'm hoping it's temporary water swelling retention and I'll get a flush of water this week. I woke up at 3 hungry so I had 4 oz ground beef and this morning my pork roast was done. So my dog and I had pulled pork for breakfast.

definitely water retention and make sure you drink a lot of it today. I hold more water longer on the days I don't drink enough. a couple gallons a day here.

I have a dehydration problem and while I am out of ketosis I am refilling myself. I feel better now. No leg cramping in the middle of the night and less pain inmy body flushing all those toxins out.
