Hmmm no change. The usual drop of 1/2# didn’t show. The only difference this week is I missed a home workout, drinking more coffee and had Pizza a few meals. Not much mind you, just like two pieces each meal. Hubby thinks it’s still in my body soaking up water. Kinda disappointed that my 2-3# drop was meaningless :/.
