Happy Saturday! 💁♀️ This week, apart from 10-12k steps a day, I did stepper every other day for at least 20min. Also I found out that 2 big meals a day is kinda enough for me? I'm bit feeling as heavy on my stomach as when I was eating dinner around 5pm. So now it's breakfast at 10am and lunch at 1:30pm, sometimes a snack in the late afternoon and plenty of water/tea. Hope it's not too low calories per day, but I'm not feeling hungry and not having any cravings to snack inbetween.
Anyway, we're off to Oxford to collect my glasses and finally treat myself properly! GG you know what I mean 😘 Have a great weekend FS friends ❤
