Not a great day diet wise yesterday. I ran another ‘integration day’ where I get the 25+ developers working on my project in one room to get all of their stuff working together and fix bugs. They are fun -- but make for a long stressful day (yesterday from 8am to midnight). I bring in breakfast, dinner, and snacks – not all of which healthy – and with the extra stress yesterday I indulged more than I should have. Definitely felt myself slipping back into old habits that I have worked the last year+ breaking.
Of course a one day slip is not the end of the world – just interesting to reflect on it. Today I will make up for it – going to go climb mailbox peak – a 6 mile hike with 4100ft of elevation gain.
