Slower week again - human body is such a funny thing, very interesting to have a chance to observe it tbh!
Heavy and painful @ this week and now bloated for no real reason (well at least I don't know why), but next week will be better!

NSV - tried trousers in size 14 yesterday and they fitted like a glove! 😎🤩

But that’s fine your pretty much at your target weight you want too slow down now unless you want to amend it I canned mine twice originally it was 13.5 stone which is what I was most of my life then I changed it to 13 which I have only been once now target is 12.5 my niece thinks I should Leave as is but you look great already

I’m sorry you don’t feel great you stomach shrinks with weight loss If you eat a little more than is your new normal you can feel bloated I felt a bit like that yesterday like you I don’t know why hope you feel better tomorrow
