I am really bad with the "mindfully eating thing" but after dry fasting it takes me more than one hour to eat my food

Good progress. Keep it up. Now 8 hours window. That will surely be a relief. It's a great idea to manage weekdays and weekends where you can be flexible with fasting hours.

I'm confused because I don't know much about SDF - can you not exercise while doing SDF?

Nikeit, I don't really know too much about dry fasting , I did it watching videos on YouTube about it, as you are not going to drink water in 16-22 hours period you don't suppose to exercise because your energy or I don't know, actually my energy was pretty good. My face skin was looking good, my mouth was not dry. I did love it.
