I would love to make it to my first 10 pound loss soon. I need to take my time & not go crazy. This gradual loss feels more life changing than manic weight loss. I feel healthy & that is so rewarding whatever the number. I ate with the skinny members of my family the other day (who do NOT eat healthy or understand nourishment or nutrition & eat a lot of junk) & this was 1st time I supplied my own food & made no explanation & I didn’t stress eat around them & I didn’t want any of their sweets or carbs. Their metabolism has always been different than mine & I’m finally comfortable in my own uniqueness. I love myself & my body!

Great attitude! Keep your awesome attitude and eventually the wait will feel as though it is melting off. don't rely so much on the scales, that's only one tool, but also, we don't rely on your tape measure and the way your clothes are fitting! Remember, you are awesome!
