WHAT THE??? The only thing I can think is I have been indulging in a little more wine since I have been working out a lot more. And I drank a pint of water before getting on the scale. And last nights meal was a lot of sodium.
Ugh, this morning has been crap anyway, why not add two lbs to it.
Must get my head in a good place. Walked an hour 15 this morning. Have the MIL until 1 and then a Nail Client (I do nails on the side). Tonight is a stretching class. Tomorrow I am off. Today will be a good day, all the crap is behind me.
Lots of water today, no cheese, and no dessert treat.
