how do you getting all your fats and calories in that one meal I'm having a hard time trying to get all my fats and calories in 2 meals

Gwen I didn't, I do IF 16/8 too, I am doing CICO, my problem some days is getting all my proteins, I am going to do OMAD 4 more days this week, I will not get all my calories, proteins or fats, I can not eat too much in one meal neither.

I just want to prove to myself that I can stay all day without food if I want to. it's was not too hard yesterday, I did one hour workout at home around noon and 30 minutes cycling after dinner. Water, water, water, 4 cup of black coffee and a zero calorie coca- cola for lunch and I am fine until dinner ☺

Adefwebserver I find hard to eat all my calories in one meal, yesterday was really low, because I did choose to eat clean , but today I have a dense calorie food for dinner plus a little dessert and still not all my calories , I will post my food pictures on Friday night or Saturday

I don't know how your body is going to react with too many carbs, I gain weight every weekend but it's water weight so I don't panic about it.
