Down nearly a pound, and have gained some muscle, that's a win-win. I've only progressed to 50% of my max workout, and am still having lumbar issues. Pre-injury I had thoracic issues that PT cleared up nicely. PT did however release me because they felt that they could no longer provide care to improve my condition. Regrettably I am trying a chiropractor, and he suspects that I have torn ligaments in the spine, and that he doesn't think he will be able to help either. Looks like time is what it will take, keeping it lose so that no scaring and restrictions develop. Could be worse, I could be doing PT in wheelchair. Blessings all.
