Thank you, very kind of you to say so. I have electronic scales that give a bioelectrical impedance analysis reading. I know that they are inaccurate but believe they are consistently inaccurate, so as long as they say my bodyfat percentage is dropping I'm happy. Well done on your weight loss, good and steady, your looking good in your picture.
