Haven't walked as much as I should, and i am taking a pill that causes water retention, but my dimensions are going down so loss is continuing. That's hard to remember when you plateau or even go up in weight. However, I have had about one day a weekend when I have eaten richer foods and I have often forgotten to write down when I ate. That is a problem. Blood sugar is so low right now that i forget that "calories count." Usually I could use high blood sugar as a signal to cut back.
