I was wanting to be down on myself because I only worked out 3 days last week and I didn't go to the gym tonight. I did however follow my healthy eating habits. It's amazing how changing just your diet can lead to weight loss. I love all the healthy food I am eating and I never feel hungry. I am very happy with my weight loss last week. I am so excited to be out of the 240's and I hit the goal I made for myself last week. I can't wait to push it into high gear and hopefully be in the 220's when I have my 30th birthday party at the end of the month.

Congrats on dropping a digit from the scale. Don't beat yourself up about exercising. Time gets the best of us. I'm trying to do one step at a time. I didn't want to try to tackle too much and then burn myself out! So, you know it takes about 3 weeks to for a habit...well, I have been recording EVERYTHING I have eaten for 3 weeks now and I have noticed that my eating habits are much better. I am starting to tackle exercise this week. Here's to seeing less of you!!!
