Today, I will not beat myself up for not succeeding with two back to back 47 hr fasts. Instead today, I will raise head up high and proudly say, I still kicked but with fasting this week. I kicked but with controlling my re-feeds, I've logged consistently for 9 days. Happy Friday!!!

Thanks CrashtestDawnie and adefwebserver. @adefwebserver, the refeed after the 47 hr fast was 2052 cal and 81.95 net carbs (3 glasses of Merlot). The refeed after 23 hr fast was 1416 cal and 27.19 net carbs (1 16oz Mich Ultra and 1 glass of Merlot)... Believe it or not, I was stuffed after yesterday's 23 hr refeed. I could have skipped the glass of wine if I got up after eating that delightful meal and did some housework. The Self Experimenting and the fasting continues.

I’m going for 36 hour fast. Should be fine. Water weight loss on the scales this morning -1.5 pounds. At least I broke the plateau I’ve been stuck on the past few days.

@ches Just saw your re-feed numbers. Excellent Discipline! I have been easily double that. Need to take that page out of your playbook also. Also, had ONE BEER last Friday post fast and was def tipsy. I gotta watch that....

Thanks From371to184. The weight data is from my Weightgurus app for my WeightGurus bluetooth scale. The Fasting data is from Fastrac (only on Andriod to my knowledge.) I am sure on IOS there is a similar app. I now need an Andriod person to hook me up with the app to resize my images so they don't get cut off on my FS picture uploads
