9st 8.5 (1 off at WW...well, it wavered between half and one so I got off and on again & it settled at one-so it's probably truthfully somewhere between the two!) I've had a good week, 35 points, used half my weekly points and earned 14 activity points. So it felt like a good baseline week to check my maintenance on. Only one day was responsible for most of the weeklies' use, the rest of the week I tried to stay in my points, so it felt like an achievement when I did:-) New leader was nice girl, not long at Goal & been losing since, so I wonder how good she'll be on maintenance issues, but she freely admitted struggling with depression in the past and being a comfort eater, so it will be good to have someone who really understands that.
