Oh my. ‘Refeeding’ worked better than I expected. I expected a small loss or a gain but to lose a pound overall I’m happy :). I will try to maintain with my refeed for another week. Harvest is coming up as well as camps so I either eat processed junk I can eat while driving, eat at restaurants along the way or don’t eat at all lol. After that I’ll drop back to 1200 rather than 1450-1600 that I’m at now. I’d like 135 by July 4th so cant refeed for as long a so would like.
