Very pleased with that!
Migraine is not as severe as before, but that annoying headache is still there. Of course my imagination is giving all the worst scenarios and my anxiety is well fed. GP appointment on Tuesday so we'll have a chat about it.
Nice walk yesterday, stepper session and some ABS excersises as it was too windy for cycling. Maybe today?
My Sister is coming to visit us with her 2 sons in 2 weeks so really looking forward to spend few lovely days together!

I’m sorry you still have the headache Hon! They are a pain. If you haven’t already try some naproxen sodium; it’s the only OTC NSAID my neurologist recommends for migraines since it doesn’t cause rebound headaches. 🙋🏻Ice on the forhead and heat on the neck can help as well.

Sorry you still have a headache.. I often get a migraine hangover headache, when the migraine has subsided.
My neurologist got me to keep a headache diary, which was really useful on pinpointing causes and possible treatments.. maybe discuss this with your GP when you see them ?
