Down a bit but doing well. I seem to be doing pretty well holding my weight stable. But I am getting some food cravings during the day – and by the time I get home at 7:30 for dinner I am *really* hungry – I might try eating a bit more lean protein at lunch.

Workout this morning went well. I increased my speed to 6.7mph for the last mile. Loose skin is actually starting to become something of a minor annoyance. It’s obviously aesthetically displeasing – but more than that it is starting to ‘pinch’ in places when I do my work out. I think I actually have a bruise on my butt from where it pinched the other day.
