Thank you LizethChavez10 . Yes that is me. I have a set of electronic scales that gives a bodyfat reading. I believe that the leaner one gets the less accurate they are but so long as the reading is consistently inaccurate, and the number keeps going down, then I am happy I am loosing body fat.

I would say you're on a 18% MAX cause I just got a bioimpedance in a nutrition center and I'm on 22% And there's no way you can have more fat than i have lol. Anyway you're right, as long as it stays consistently inaccurate, you will know your progress
