well crap. I am disappointed in this weigh in. took scouts camping, high stress and then lots of messed up habits. I'm glad it's not higher, but I wanted to be under 164 to start the week. my goal for this week would still be under 163 by Sunday. have a 7.5 min run/walk on Sunday, so that might help. but more importantly, I'll get back to my good habits this week, and hope that work pays off.
