Thanks for sharing! I have been stalled for over 2 weeks. I have done two 24 hour fasts in a row - eating breakfast and nothing else until the next day. Have not had lunch or dinner since Monday. I am donating blood today so will need to eat more. But I am ready to break through this plateau! 30 pounds down since January 2nd. The struggle is real. Congratulations on breaking through! You have inspired me!

Thank you for sharing! I am going to try this. All of these items are already part of my food plan, I simply have never strung them together in this way. I think it could get me through three days and that just might do the trick for breaking my current plateau!!
