Back to my routine! Went a tiny bit off the rails yesterday, lol. Oops. Eggies with good things in them - 375 cals and 35g of protein. 💪🏻💖

She's BAACK! Back on that creatine! This flavor is delicious. Like a jolly rancher.
Today I went to get my lips done after work and they told me I wasn't allowed to work out for 24 hours afterwards, so no jogging on my beloved little walking pad tonight and no lifting weights tomorrow! I had no idea.
It's now 7:30pm and I did close my rings, but my steps are under 9k. Technically, I was supposed to stay under 1600 cals today because it's a no workout day, but I know I went over that because dinner was driven by exhausted grazing. I won't say what I ate. Let's just say if you are what you eat, I'm turning into a dinosaur.
That's what happens when I don't have a plan for dinner. Oh well. Tomorrow is a day off and most likely, a pool day with the kids. So I'll get some extra sleep tonight and stick to lighter fare to ensure a deficit and back to lifting weights and cardio on Friday and through the weekend. Let's call today a rest day.. even though no actual rest was had.

Didn’t want to pay $20 for a salad today, so I prepped my lunch in advance. I threw this together in the morning before running out the door and it ended being such a yummmmmmyyyyy salad. Salad greens, Buffalo chicken, grape tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, and a little light ranch. 580 cals and 33g protein and tasted so comforting. Definitely making this again. So simple.

Easiest prepped breakfast ever. Nonfat Greek yogurt, low fat cottage cheese, drizzle of honey, and berries. Today’s was 230 cals and 36g protein.
