Managed to maintain the diet pretty well over the 9 days since last weigh in. Going to bed earlier seems to be cutting down on the amount of time that I spend int the "danger Zone" (that time between 9:30 and 11 pm when I crave sweet and salty snacks, LOL. Gonna start walking over the next week, hopefully that will help even more

Wow, 262 days since I last weighed in and I' ve been bad for most of it. I managed to get back to 343 pounds and I am gonna start working hard again. Hopefully with a bit of will power I am gonna manage it this time.

Did walking for 30 mins a night seemed to help both with weight loss and filling a portion of the evening when I would normally have been snacking.
Increase water intake to about 10 cups per day instead of 6
