have been on a vicious cycle of up and down between 154 and 152.8 lbs for the last two weeks!! very depression and discouraging to say the least! but today i have hit a new high (for me, anyway!) at 151.4 lbs and i will celebrate it due to the last two weeks of misery! :) with this, i am changing up my nutritional in-take to try to boost my metabolism and see if that makes a difference, which, btw, i believe is what occured in the last day or so! yeah!!
BTW, my goal each day, mind you I am 5 foot tall, is to consume no MORE THAN 1200 cals! HOWEVER! I strive to eat 1000 Cals each day.... so if i go over the 1000 but under 1200, then i'm good!! Remember I eat Paleo (losely spoken) since I include dairy and very SMALL amounts of WHOLE GRAIN ONLY, on occasion; mostly one slice a day for my lunch with 2 slices of lunch meat from the deli (usually Genoa Salami). The bread I buy or make is a German Volkorn Brot, all natural, no preservatives. I also eat EGGS! LOTS of them!!! :)
