weighed in today for the PRT. Haven't been logging very well, but been eating pretty clean and going to the gym. Hopefully this month I can do better.

This deployment is kicking my butt. I am not motivated anymore, and i am basically powerless against food. All I want to do is sleep and eat junk food. I need a reset button.

yesterday was terrible. I got invited to eat lunch with my boss. I did some serious damage. I still came in under on calories, which is a miracle, but i didn't work out. Since i did that i am going to just have that as my rest/cheat day and work out on sunday.

did two-a-days last week and saw almost instant results in my vascularity and strength. I didn't log any exercises or food though. This week i need to do both.
