Not a good weekend at all, but I am not giing up. At it again starting today!

Another day that I made it through!! I did not do as hot as before, but I am hanging in there and reporting everything I ate. I did not make time to walk today or yewsterday and did not meet that goal, but it is progress not perfection. I am going to keep at it and making a point to log food and journal and everything else will fall into place.

I feel so great even on day 3! I have wanted to binge so bad, a few times, but I stayed focused and pushed through. My legs are starting to feel better just from walking for 2 days. Detoxing from really bad things and eating non-stop, eating between the hours of 5-7 and fasted the others is helping so much. I do not feel as bloated today and that feels so great and knowing it is only going to get better!!!
I know the 8 ls down is a lot of water, but I am excited to see what it will be on Monday morning!

Great day for day 2. I have to remember it is being consitent, and with that it gets easier. Using some intermittent fasting as well as that has always worked and helped in the past. I wanted to binge eat and drink tonight, due to some financial stress, but walked myself through it, it may feel good for the moment but the long term effects have been horrible, it is not worth it.
My Plan review:
1. Stay in a Keto Diet , within low carbs (no bread, sugars)- Good
2. Keep calories under 1500-Good
3. Drink 1 gallon of water-Good
4. Walk for 30 minutes or 5,000 steps a day- Good
5. Not eat after 7 pm.- Last meal 6 pm- Good
6. Journal Everyday- Good
7. Log all food-Good
Short term goals:
1. Under 280
2. Walk 5,000 steps a day
Long term Goals:
1. Under 200 lb
2. Walk 15,000 steps a day
3. Lift weights again and gain back your muscle
