Tonight’s dinner is wild rice with spinach. Also, I made sweet potato fries for the first time. This is also the first time I am going to see if I like them, never had before since I don’t like sweet potatoes!

Lunch - 1 Whole wheat Greek pita bread. 1/4 c Ragu pizza sauce, 1 tomatoe, 3 fresh basil leaves, 2 slices fresh mozzarella Before I ate the pizza I drank raw juice made with dandelion, celery, lemon, green apple, pear, cucumber. Really has been giving me more energy and feeling full. I don’t even need to eat the pizza but my mouth wants to chew on something!

2 cups coffee with almond milk and Pyure (stevia). Learning to wean myself from coffee.
Breakfast - Raw juice containing beet root, beet leaves, apple, lemon, fresh ginger, parsley. Bottoms up!
