Yesterday...Study...Gym...Church...severaerrands like Walmart & Library...Friends house, hot vanilla chia tea... sang and fiddled with guitar that I got out of storage. Encouraged & in turn was motivated myself. Got home made thin cut eye of round steak several slices with boiled carrots and steamed broccoli and brown long grain rice. Got all filled up & crashed out. Waking up today with a good number on the scale. Got to appreciate the good days✓

hi guys so I had got down to 162 in September of last year. At that time, shortly I made moved from Tucson,AZ to Nashville TN. I was and am still living either in my car or in hotels. I have a full-time job now so I am not starving or anything clearly. I now weigh 174.4 and feel gross and having some pain in fingers. With this blizzard weather here I've been a hotel and still eating poorly fast food. Depressions trying to get me every other day and I'll stay in bed alot. its quite sad... Christmas was a good day I spent it rich in faith. Anyway I have no steady routine and work night shift so I eat late and eat trash at that. I'm in a hotel right now that has a stove so I'm going to NOT be eating out every single meal. My motivation t fast is just depleted. I used to fast for days and now I can't remember how I did that. I can't bare to gain anymore weight that I worked so hard to come off. This 2022 is my year I am being the most positive I've ever been in my life this year! Dispite what it sounds like here I'm very hopeful and filled with positivity, just a short post to get the muck out once and for all and I choose this platform to do it. thanks for reading.
