Well, another day of eating more than my RDI says I should be eating, but it is still OK, as my calorie burning is more than my food intake. So I am still OK.
I am working hard at getting some things ready for a small vacation, so my walking I listed here, is from walking to and from our Motorhome, packing, helping Hubby to get water filled and pack the stuff that goes outside in the compartments.
So I am OK with what I have eaten and how much I am moving today.
What a great day it is .

Well, I ate more yesterday than my RDI.
That is OK. It is the first time I have done that, since being on FS.
That is not an excuse, not meant to be.
I just state facts, good or bad, but facts none the less.
I will work harder today, to get in my Protein, more than I have been getting in up until. I must work up to up the protein, and that way I will be less hungry at the end of the day.

Well, I am down 1 pound since last Wednesday.
That is OK by me.
I like when the scales show I am down, but more when I know I am going down, and getting more toned and less fat. My clothes fit me so much better and now I am actually wearing clothes that I haven't been able to wear, for more than a year, probably more like 2 years.
So, this LCHF way of eating is working very well for me.

WOW, I am impressed with my new WOE, and my progress in choosing foods to eat, that is low carb, and high protein, high fat.
I am getting better at that, Thank God, so I am feeling so much more confidant in my choices of foods, and what I choose to eat, either at home, or even in a restaurant.
I learn so much here, and I try hard to put it to good use.
I have a weigh-in tomorrow. Hope I see a difference in my scales, but even if I don't, that is OK. For I know by the way I feel in my clothes that I am losing at least inches. Inches I will take!!!!
