Hope to get back to exercising next week. I'm positive that is why I have gained because I have eaten no junk food in I think it has been 5 weeks!

Actually haven't weighed today. Had a frustrating day quilting two quilts. Finally have them finished. Ate well even though I was frustrated. I'm an emotional eater. I did decide today would be my day to have a treat. I ate one chocolate candy from a Christmas present. It was delicious!

What is this? Week 5 for me? I'll have to verify that.
Not tempted to cheat yet although when I was running errands this afternoon I sure was hungry. Waited until I got to Super WalMart and bought an apple instead of getting french fries at McDonalds.

Finally think I have some things on FatSecret figured out. Didn't realize I could log in weight, challenges and journal in one spot. Or that "How closely followed"mm was referring to my "diet". I thought it meant how closely did I follow the challenge. That one I have failed a few times on the Squat challenge so that was Reasonable Well. But I haven't cheating on eating so that is 100%.
