My last weigh-in for Fat Secret was 10-13-2017. On October 22, 2017, I fell off my front steps while carrying an approximately 60 pound box, and shattering both my legs below the knees down to the ankles and was hospitalized for 4 days, (after surgery on both legs and numerous plates, screws and rods used to repair my legs); almost 2 weeks of Intensive in-patient physical and occupational therapies at Frazier Rehab Institute in Louisville, KY, another 2 months of Home Health care (OT and PT) and 3 months of out-patient physical therapy (still attending PT). During this time of dealing with trauma to my legs and being limited on what I could do, I learned to control my portions in conjunction with all the physical therapies every day. The healing process and exercise is what I believe jump started by metabolism. As of today I have lost 35 pounds since Oct 22, 2017. I continue to heal and give my all in physical therapy.

Metabolism has really kicked since started eating something light in the morning like fruit rather than something heavy like eggs bacon or sausage.

So now, if I want eggs bacon or sausage, I will eat that during my lunch (no more than 1-2 times per week); and then for dinner I will have a large salad (with avocado, numerous salad veggies and a little raspberry walnut vinaigrette) around 6:00 pm est. and not have anything else before bed time between 11:00 pm and midnight.

During the daytime at work, I walk for 30 minutes and then take 6 flights of stairs 3 times or more per day for cardio.

Around 8-9 pm, I work out with dumbbells on shoulders, biceps, triceps, lat muscles and pectoral muscles. Then for a finishing touch for upper body, I do push ups until muscle failure. Then some crunches.

Shower and then bed....no cravings, no hunger, except in the mornings like a vampire at night, I must Feed...in my case, on fruits like oranges and apples.

On my way to my goal....I Push forward.
