Day 1: I logged all my food from yesterday, with one exception. My Subway sandwich was on flatbread, so I'm not sure what that does to my calories. Other than that, I'm not too disappointed, since I am taking this first week to, more or less, watch what I eat. It will be the second week when I really start to make more and, hopefully, better choices and adjustments. But I do still want to watch what I eat this week too.
Also, I'm gradually cutting out the sodas, so that by Monday (start of school) I will be done with them for a while. I've got a stockpile of Wylers and Crystal Light, so I'm hoping to get better in that regards too. That way I see it, I'm on the bottom and have no where else to go but up!

Hi everyone! I've been trying to drop this weight on my own for some time, and while I did lose some (about 55 lbs.), I know I need help. Between school, depression, and just life in general, I know I'll need all the help I can get. I am finally resigning myself to opening up and asking for it. Any suggestions or encouragement would be greatly appreciated. I may not comment to everyone right way (I'm in nursing school and have a really tough load this semester), but I will still read everything. Thanks and good weigh lost to us all!!! :-)

I've really been ignoring my weight and health. I guess I'm just not as confident I can get the weight off as I want to be, or even wish I could be. I'm starting to think the only way I'll ever get rid of the weight is if I have surgery. I'm trying to re-focus myself and restart my weight loss campaign for March 1st, but right now, I'm so discouraged, I don't even know what to do.

Just changed to WeightWatchers, because trying to follow my other diets became too expensive and too restricting. Hopefully, I will have a much better week next week,
