It's yo-yo time. I was down a pound yesterday and came back up again today. never ending.

I feel like I'm in a holding pattern with my numbers. But I feel good and to me that's what counts. However, I will continue to plug away at getting those numbers down to my goal. Have a fantastic day everyone!
