I have not been logging my food as much lately. I have found that I am in a routine now and it almost seems not necessary. For the time being I love my routine. I know what I will have and when . I just do it. It keeps me on the best road and when I feel like I am ready to change it up, I will know it.

Only three! pounds away from my goal :-) I had to edit this because I realized I am three pounds away from my goal and not two. It has taken me a couple years to even get this serious. Im excited to be 131 at this point! The last few are a struggle. I could lose water weight and think I made it. I think I am going to work on toning the rest of the time. I love my veggie and fruit diet with protein drinks. I only eat fish if it is any type of meat. No chicken, no beef and no pork etc. I dont eat shell fish either. I try to keep it at something like salmon or sardines in olive oil. I have to admit I feel much better but I do crave my carbs a lot too!

I hate to admit I wish it was dinner time already! I just had lunch ;-)
Its been good though. No processed foods and adding more veggies now.

Not one of my more cheerful days. I have been awake since 5am and usually I sleep longer. Maybe a good nap should be on the schedule. I am working on drinking more water. I noticed that I get busy and forget to drink more than one bottle. Not good. May be another reason I feel so tired today. I started the day with a 2 min brisk jog to get my blood going and wake up a bit. I do this every morning but this morning I just wanted to flop back in bed. I think I am taking it easy today. Not sure why but I feel kind of down. Maybe I just need a workout later and it will pick me up. Hard to do when I feel like a limp rag ;-). Today my lunch is going to be some veggies. I have not been eating them as much. I think I got sick of them, lol.
Ok, later today and 10 minute abs and cardio really did it for me. Its not a long workout but it pumped up my tude a bit. Feeling more spunky than this morning ;-)

In the morning I do a light jog/brisk walk for about 2 minutes just to warm up and get moving. I figure while breakfast is cooking I might as well make the best of that 2 minutes I microwave my grits/oatmeal and blueberries, or whatever I decide to make for the day.
