I tried to make a journal entry yesterday but apparently, I was over-excited and didn't submit it properly. Lol, not my first time but whatever. Before I babble on too much... I am in Onederland folks and I tell ya, I couldn't have done it without the help of my newly found FS community. With this application and your support I have now lost over 20 pounds since the beginning of the year. I went to the doctor and she was ecstatic about my new health, activity and wellness changes. Although I was there to get referrals to a neck specialist and to the orthopedic doctor Again this time to figure out what's going on with my left knee and left hip. My toes have been going numb after any type of exercise and it really hurts. Got my referrals and I cried tears of joy throughout the day. I can't believe that I finally found the courage after years of suffering with depression, mania and anxiety that I am here. Everyday I feel tougher and stronger, my strength from within is developing as well and my love for myself. In the words of Nina Simone..."It's a new dawn, it's a new day and I'm feelin' gooood!"
