Friday was a long day, I woke up feeling a little dehydrated, but the exercise diet changes and activity are paying off.

I am back to my routine again and it feels good.
I've started to do some core exercises ~three times a week, I'm building my way up to daily work so I can get by back and shoulders strong again otherwise working on concrete everyday will continue to wear me down.

I ended my Sober October 2018 last Friday November 2 and relaxed my RDI that weekend,I enjoyed a couple of Session IPAs which were realistically light and balanced but I still had grumbly guts the day after trying each beer. Monday Tuesday Wednesday I had to travel for work which left this and Friday dragging really bad.
I'm gonna get back to my routine again starting this morning and maintain my nutritional sanity over Thanksgiving.
I want to be around 210# by New Year's Day 2019.

I was able to get over 20,000 steps yesterday, maintained my RDI, and weighed in this morning at 224.75#.
I have just passed the 30# lost mark from 255# back around ~March 2018. I can do - I will do the NEXT 30#.

I weighed in at 226.25#this morning. I woke up with an appetite which is good, I weighed after the restroom and before taking in any water or food so it's as honest a body weight measurement as I can manage.
I've been keeping my RDI to 1900, but I've started watching my sodium intake because it had been higher than expected. between the walking, exercise, reduced sodium and regulated calorie intake I'm losing more bloat weight and a little bit of fat, all in all not a bad way to start the day.
