So started My Ketogenic diet this year on March 30th of this year.I am down 70 some odd pounds, Went from a size 24-26down to a 16-17. I did it to get my Body fat addapted and get my body of Glucose for fuel and get it to use fat instead and get rid of Inflamation and low Carbs/Sugar is the only way to do that controlling Blood sugar and Insulin Dumps so Slowing that down I have been in Constant Ketosis for months. The greatest thing is I did all this by Simply changing how I eat and the weight and inches fall off as a side effect. learning how to eat is my goal to make sure I never find the weight I have lost again. before Starting Keto I had some sucess being 326 lbs and I started tracking with Keto at 289 so down well over 100 lbs. 19 more to go to 200. Its definitely been a life changing year. Went from 7 medications down to 2. I feel so bless to accomplish all I have I thank you Heavenly Father for helping save me thru your Holy Spirit. I am so greatful becouse you are Good and you only want good for your children. thank you Jesus for making all this possible. I praise you and thank you.
