So shocking! First - Started gaining all I had lost because of stress. I think the last I had stood on the scale was 2 weeks ago. I weighed 243. I was mortified. I WAS EATING THE WAY I SHOULD. It. didn't make sense. Then I realized it was my son-in-law. He would get mean and growl and bite at his wife, like he would say, can't you talk and cook at the same time?
If the wife wasn't around, he would punish The girls for looking at him wrong. He would slap their pretty faces and push them til they fell on the floor. Last Tuesday, he slapped on daughter so hard it made her nose bleed.
I couldn't stand it. I was at my wits end. He is an energy vampire, sapping the life out of all of us.
Then a miracle happened. He ditched The family and left. The idiot is gone. Hopefully for good. Two days after he left, I had dropped 3 lbs. Then the next day 5!. Unfortunately, gastroenteritis is going around and I got it over the weekend. Lost 10 lbs in 3 days. Problem is, I still don't have an appetite. I have to eat something, guess I will have a protein shake!
