Wt. holding around 224. Wt will go up a pound or two if I get into sugar over night. But will drop back down the next day if stay away from it. Clothes loser overall, less belly. Have to believe going in right direction.

Despites ups and downs with weight at MD office( as high as 228.7) was able to weigh in at MD Office 224. scale at home holding 222.4. yay!! Especially after a week of 3 birthdays with celebrations: was able to hold the carb levels and eating plan. Was able to have some desert tonight with low carb brownie I made with small amount of ice cream. Doing well over all, appetite reduced, not hungry and happy with nutrition plan

There is no one size fits all in diet / nutrition. You need to find what it is your body needs and what works for you. If you have issues carbohydrate metabolism then refined flours sugars are a bane to you and will make you sick with chronic illness. Fats are your friend only natural fats like butter, olive oil, lard, coconut oil. Stay away from crisco, soy, corn, canola oil..... all highly processed. Be natural in your eating and use supplements which will help fight insulin resistance.

FBS still up 158, 16 hr. intermittent fasting, Carbs at 100 or less, weight going down, energy going up. Added additional Metformin with Berberine. Ate chilli family made yesterday, had coconut sugar in it.. good but need to stay away from all sugar. probably why FBS high along with liver detoxing.
HS BS 112. I've found my FBS goes up and is higher after 12-16 hr fast. will need to watch trend
