Ate garlic bread, Ugh!! I am okay with that but my body is not.. I was so hungry for sweets well any food a few hours later, I had to tell myself to not eat... Dang carbs.. okay drop still trying to find food that fits my life, will get there or starve trying..
Here is to another week of adventures with new foods and exercising 😊

TGIF, can't wait until the weekend all!!!! I know I all a few hours early...
I had better food today, even though it's just me I have to cook and bring the leftovers to work. Some time it's hard cooking for just yourself or things no one else wants to eat; I love squash, zucchini, avocados, fresh green beans, cabbage, etc.. Well I am alone with these for sure, I try to buy the smaller bags so the food don't go to waste or freeze if possible, there are only so many days I can eat the same food. Don't want to get bored 😂, that's when I will eat something I shouldn't or EVERYTHING!!!
I will get the hang of this, it's been a month almost 20 lbs down. Giving up those devil in disguise specialty coffees, the weight is just dropping off. I can't seem to get under 2 hundo that is where I struggle, that's when the hard work will really start for me!!!

Another great drop this week, Yay!! I do need to learn how to eat normal food to keep this a lifestyle change. I notice I restrict myself to much to salads, greek yogurt, veggies, chicken - safe food... Need to be comfortable in every situation.... plus I will get bored 😂
I noticed I am not hungry, I have to remember to eat, love FS it has reminders to keep me healthy n on track.
I don't want to starve, that is not my goal.
I have been doing this apple cider vinegar drink every morning, I think it's the money shot for suppress appetite, lower blood sugar levels, heart health and lower cholesterol, reduce body fat, you can lose twice as much weight (look up benefits of apple cider vinegar, with honey);
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp raw honey, 3 cinnamon sticks and
2 1/4 cup distilled water ( I only use 1 1/2 cup of distilled water) plus I up the apple cider vinegar to 4 tbsp. I add cayenne pepper and turmeric (not so great taste turmeric, took out to add to coffee instead with pepper, increase 200% of active ingredient for inflammation, etc..)
I feel so much better inside, 360 difference.
I know tons of ppl who tried to incorporate apple cider vinegar in their diet but it's gross, if you mix it in the drink I indicated above it actually tastes good, easy to make each night before going to bed. it needs to sit over night to permeate.

Feeling good today... Doing weight challenge with the Payroll staff members at work n other state Payroll staff members. I am the only one taking the challenge seriously, if you don't lose at least 1lb you have to pay $5.00, if you lose your weight you still pay $1.00. All money is going into my cash app (I am their leader), at the end of the year who ever loses the most percentage of weight will win all the money on the cash app!!!
I am very competitive, plus I am having allot of heart/health issues I need to address. It motivates me even more to do better each week.
It's week 4, I have lost 10 lbs. Specialty coffee is my down fall, they had 54 carbs each, I sometimes would have "4", OMG!!! I can't believe it, 8 months of this type of behavior, some one turned me on to Dunkin donuts. I never liked Caribou or Starbucks, but Dunkin donuts Carmel iced coffee or Carmel cold brew OMG they are delicious!!! But I never ate, if I did it was chicken and fast food choices during lunchtime only, ate once a day.
I couldn't figure out why there was fast 25 lb weight gain until I saw the carbs on those Ice Carmel coffees x 8 months of this behavior. It's going to take double the time to take off the weight.....
I wish I knew, so sad!!!!
Taking the stairs at work plus walking on break... Really need to be more active, I have AS I am in so much pain all the time (very rare to have in all joints, that's me of course) or so tired from the meds I take..
It makes me sad, quality of life is difficult.
I have to be a role model for my girls, they are adults now. I try to show them nothing in life limits you but it's getting harder as I get older!!!
