I tried really hard to be "good" this week. I tracked and tried to eat 0 pt foods as the main foods. I did have my treat every night because it makes me happy. However, I ate out both of my meals today - I'll spend the rest of the week working that off!
Ah well.

Well that was a nice surprise. After the "welcome back to school" bagels, and the "welcome back to school" donuts, and the"thanks for the help" box of pastries bought from the bakery, and assorted other crap along with not going to WW for 2 weeks, I expected a gain. I've been in a bit of a slump but have thankfully stayed below goal throughout. I need to start fresh and get back on track. Let's see how the week goes.

No official weigh in today, but on my imprecise scale (which is different from the WW scale by quite a few ounces), I am down 2.5 lbs. However, compared to my last official weigh in, I am down maybe 1 lb. I'll just have to wait till next week to find out.

The weight gain was to be expected. I didn't eat well and it is "that" time. Ah well. Next week will be better.

Slow and steady... now that I am back home the cruise weight gain is slowly going away. Once I go back to work next week I think it will be even better. There are days where I barely move 1,000 steps let alone 10,000! I just sit and veg. No bueno!! Let's see what the new week brings.
