Typical Breakfast..623cals
last night bbq put me over again from my 2,000 cals to 2, 294 so today l will do only 1,700 cals and swim.
Still under my goal weight of 200lbs
last nights weigh in was 199.6 drank 16oz for bedtime weigh in 196.this morning.

Looking for Thoughts on this one...
weight 195.6
Daily cals. 2,000..over ate 244cals.total 2,244
swimming defecit 916cals..ate back 244cals
left with still a defecit of 672cals
weigh in this morning..198.6 exactly..3lbs over
this has me stumped Any Thoughts on this..
p.s. Normally at 2,000cals l do a10% defecit to 1800 cals and it works great for minimal weight loss..but this time l over ate and "" it was so good""..Stumped in Venice.
