Hellllooo Monday. :-) Ready for a good week of weight loss I hope! :-)
My pants I'm wearing actually feel slightly less tight today. Still too tight but seem to have a bit of room in there. :-) Today I'm going to walk about 3 miles and try to get to the gym to do some weights. I really need to get to the grocery store and plan some meals. I don't have good food in my house right now. Hope everyone has a great day and a good week. :-)

I went to a friend's 40th birthday party last night. Whew! Lots of calories in alcohol! I am feeling it today. Oh well. Fresh start for the day. I had egg whites with one whole egg. I put in my husband's breakfast as he was curious how many calories he ate. I had 160 calories and he had 1200 calories! LOL Lucky for him he's very active and still has a 32 inch waist. I'm not sure how he does it! ha ha If I didn't love him so much I'd have to hate him! ha ha

Woot Woot I lost 2 lbs this week! Yes! Hopefully I can keep it up. It's not actually even been a full week, but typically it seems the first week or two of a diet you lose weight more quickly then it normalizes. I'm going to head out for a 4 mile run in less than an hour. My daughter is going to tape my ankles for me. They have been bothering me. I know it's trying to run with all this extra weight. Hopefully the taping helps.

Feeling extremely fat today. I am trying to tell myself this is the last day I'll weigh this amount etc, but geez I am having a bad day. I hate being so fat!!!
