Came back on as I am on a cut and felt this app has helped me during my weightloss. My goal is to lose some of the body fat from bulking, it happens🤷🏽♀️ with consistency, I’ll achieve my goal by spring and it’ll be over for these b!tches 🤪

Left - cardio focused, low deficit, not enough protien, not lifting.
Right - lifting, increased protein and calories

Left photo I was 100-105lbs, I had no muscle. Cardio focused and had a very low calorie deficit. In the past 5 months I’ve been to focusing on strength training, increased calories and protein sitting at 115-120lbs 💪🏽
