I've lost 2.2% BF since the 20th of last month, which means I've lost 16lbs of pure fat in 13 days. So happy and proud of myself I even cried, I worked so hard and I'm glad it's showing in the numbers. Sadly I don't notice a difference in my body, I can still fit the same clothes and can't fit into smaller clothes.....I'm tempted to bump up how much I workout, maybe do P90X when I'm home on top of going to the gym everyday?.....

Not to get into gory detail.....but let's just say I horribly broke my diet....and a Chinese buffet was involved :< I didn't pig out with 3+ plates,but I ate a plate of salmon, crab legs, shrimp and green beans...My next plate however had two crab rangoon's(sp) and breaded sweet chicken breast(7 pecies). My trainer is going to be soooooo disappointed in me, and is going to kick my butt tomorrow >.<

I didn't know it would be mission impossible to find a group with my age group, that's still active. Sheesh!

Yay weight loss!!! I haven't eaten today...or done my cardio for the day...so that number is totally gonna spike up by the end of the day. But yay for now!

So my first time to a gym was on the 20th of this month, they weighed me and took my body fat percentage. I went in this evening so they could get my measurements so in a month they can look back and check out my progress, weeeeeeelllllll....They checked my BF again and I lose 1% of pure BF! Wootness, Which means I've lost 8lbs of pure BF in 6 days. On the 20th I weighed 247 and right now I'm at 245, which means I dropped down two 239 but I gained muscle weight which puts me at 245. This was awesome news and a great self esteem booster!!!
