Lucky James "O". I discovered earlier this week that the cold I have that won't quit is really COVID. I tested positive every day since, including today. It's starting to get tedious sitting in the house alone. Luckily, I was vaccinated and am only experiencing mild symptoms. The most annoying is that I can't smell or taste anything. Enough of that. My prescription plan has now denied my Ozempic. They have also denied Mounjaro and Trulicity. So basically, I'm following the same diet plan without the benefit of the drug. So far, there have been no speed bumps. I have not gained any weight and the scale has not moved in the lower direction. This can be due to the CHF (fluid weight) or the body is busy doing other things, whatever the case, I'm still following my plan, I am still optimistic and I will not quit. Everyone be well and consider wearing a mask. No matter what anyone else thinks.
