Four days in and I am liking this app more and more. Reading the comments is so encouraging.
A little about me: I am in my 70s and a Type 2 Diabetic. I have used the last 2 years of the pandemic as an excuse to become a hermit, to eat out of control and to get absolutely no exercise. In short, I have become a human slug.
I have learned over the years that a Keto diet is the best way to bring my A1c down to a safe number. I am still tweeking my macro. I would love to chat with other Keto followers and to learn from their thoughts and experiences.
I'm looking forward to weighing myself next Monday😮

Good morning all
It's taking me forever to figure out the nutrition etc of a meal and log it correctly, then calculate units of insulin. I don't think I've eaten my food hot yet😋. Learning curve I hope. Had a Burger King Whopper with half a bun. I guess my carbs were ok for the day as my morning glucose test for this morning was 83, my first am near low ever 😮. Then had to quickly fix coffee with Whey protein, heavy cream stop the low from going lower! Then log everything...ah cold coffee again😉

I'm brand new to this app.
I live in New Hampshire, USA.
Can anyone who is using the Keto Diet with this app, tell me how they like using it. Does it allow you to set your own macro percentages?
Any helpful suggestions would be wonderful!
