Weighed in this morning...175 on tha nose! I have done nothing but watch my calorie intake and fast.BUT today?I joined a gym, 24HR fitness to the tune of well,$429.00+ Yeah, It just got real! So,I gotta go workout now LOL. I hate to waste money! IF I don't go and live in this gym doing yoga and swimming on fast days and lifting on my eat days it'll be a total loss! SO, I'm off to the gym to lift I hope. lol been a while. I know I know ,I don't need to go to the gym I have body beast, P90X3, and other stuff too! They all work, IF you can stay motivated, I can just do tons of workouts with no weights but I lack motivation, and I don't own a pool sauna steam room or hot tub currently (thank you X wife) which are very nice gym perks! So, here I go!, Check back when I weigh in again.

Just following my 216gr protein/80gr fats/162gr carbs plan...
I'm watching calorie intake and fasting when called for. No exercises as of yet, Today that,changes! I want to gain muscle too! So joined a gym. :D

OK,I LOST A POUND TODAY! Not to happy about that as I'm trying to gain muscle and we all know or should know that muscle out weighs fat! I will take it, and to spare you the details of what realm I'm sure it dissipated to. LOL OK,not on a diet, Diets don't work,IMO. So if they work for you cool, keep on keeping on! I will spare anyone the details of my diet beliefs in future entries...

Lost a pound today!
Ate: nothing
Drank: Hellabuncho' water and ginseng/lemon/pepper water.
Work out: Did 10 very slow wide and closed deep extended range push/pull ups a total of 4 times over a 120 second time span every 3 hrs.
